Paul Pearson is a cybersecurity specialist, nonprofit leader, and veteran with over 20 years of experience in information technology and more than a decade in leadership and management. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Paul has worked across federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, the State Department, CISA, and U.S. Southern Command, where he supported complex technology and security initiatives in high-stakes environments.

Paul is the founder of Eduruna, a nonprofit organization established in 2021 to provide hands-on technology education, mentorship, and workforce development opportunities to high school and college students—particularly those from underserved communities. Through Eduruna, Paul has helped students gain real-world experience while strengthening nonprofits and community organizations through pro bono technology and digital services.
